All surface lots at Pearl will be free Monday – Thursday 8 AM – 2 PM.

Parking FAQ

WHAT IF I’M JUST GRABBING COFFEE OR PICKING UP FOOD REAL QUICK?

We offer free parking for the first 30 minutes in all of our lots. Just use the parking app to let us know you’re there, and you can get in and out in a breeze. Use the PEARLFINDER to find the parking spot closest to where you’re going.

WHAT IF I CAN’T FIND A SPOT?

Our parking spaces rarely fill up, but it’s possible on weekends and during big events like Fiesta. We encourage you to look for parking in the lots under 281, as well as in the Oxbow Garage, where there’s almost always a spot. Looking for something in particular, like coffee or a restaurant? Check out the Pearlfinder HERE and you’ll know exactly where to park.

SHOULD I GET A RIDE?

You’ll always be able to find a parking spot right around Pearl, but we encourage you to carpool or find a rideshare option. It’ll mean less traffic for everyone, and you’ll head right to the most convenient drop-off spot.

WHAT IF I REQUIRE A HANDICAP SPACE?

We’ve got you taken care of. The North and South lots under 281 provides FREE on-the-ground access to everything at Pearl with a proper permit (Placard or License Plate). Koehler Garage located right in the heart of Pearl, is equipped with an elevator that offers accessible parking for a fixed price of $10 for 2-5 hrs. and $20 for 5-24 hrs. 

WHAT IF I HAVE A STROLLER?

Every parking space at Pearl is easily accessible on foot, even with a stroller. We’d suggest parking in the West Lot off Grayson Street, but really any parking spot at Pearl should work for you and your family.

HOW CAN I KNOW MY CAR IS SAFE?

Our Pearl security team patrols the parking lots and the full Pearl campus, 24 hours a day.
