Husband-and-wife team Orlando and Susana Aguirre, both originally from Mexico, moved their popular food truck operations to their first brick-and-mortar location at the Bottling Department. Chilaquil focuses on traditional Mexican street food and features its namesake chilaquiles, a comfort food classic consisting of tortilla chips covered in salsa, cheese, and other toppings. The menu also includes other Mexican staples such as tacos, tortas, and quesadillas.
