Local Coffee Founders started at a kitchen table. It was 2008 and Robby and Neesha Grubbs were hashing out the notion of opening an obsessively good coffee shop in San Antonio, which, at the time, was seriously lacking in the specialty coffee scene. Within a year the first Local Coffee opened and quickly became an Alamo City favorite. Serving expertly brewed coffee as well as quick bites and tasty pastries, Local Coffee Founders continues to serve San Antonio with integrity and professionalism.
