Located on the second floor of the Full Goods Building, the space is energizing, approachable, functional, timeless, and aspirational. True to Pearl, it is characteristically industrial (concrete and metal), embodying the raw potential, grit, and strength of those aspiring to create something long lasting. The signature style of Pearl’s pioneering spirit combined with local character is powerfully felt in the common areas, paying homage to the property with reuse of raw materials and memorabilia from Pearl’s archives. Mindful of the members’ well-being, the space has live plants, original artwork, and open, well-lit spaces.

Conference Rooms

Great to host guest and team retreats. Our large and small conference rooms are available to book at an hourly rate or by subscription at a lower rate. The subscription includes 8 hours of conference room usage a month that renews quarterly.

Plaza Member

Open seats in a casual setting are available daily on a first come, first serve basis. Allows for open collaboration with other members, perfect for members who are just starting out or enjoy having a flexible workspace.

Dedicated Desk Member

Reserved for those seeking a more permanent workspace. Members may personalize their desk, which comes with a lockable cabinet and task chair. Includes mail service, professional address, phone booth access, access to our online community, and one hour conference room usage a week.

Private Office Member

Ideal for members who are ready to take their business to the next level and who desire a private space within a collaborative office environment. In addition to all the perks of the dedicated desk member, private office members can tailor their space to fit their business needs and create a brand moment.

Virtual Member

Not everyone needs an office, but everyone needs a place to call home. A virtual membership is an opportunity to get a sense of community while working from wherever you are. We offer a professional address, mail service, an online community, and inclusion on the membership board.

Pearl Cowork is committed to supporting the health and safety of all its members. Members will be asked to follow the protocols listed below as we continue to navigate the pandemic.

Establishing a safe work environment

  • Frequent Cleaning: We are committed to regularly cleaning the high traffic areas such as phone booths and conference rooms and commonly used surfaces.
  • Hand Sanitizer: Provided throughout the space.
